Perhaps a Razer background process is crashing and restarting silently? You can ignore the RzChromaBroadcastManager.dll, any DLLs or processes starting with Rz are Razer related so it's probably supposed to be there. If reducing the FPS helps then maybe Razer needs to speed this up somewhat or we could implement an optional low FPS mode for LEDs.ĮDIT: I can see a lot of Razer related apps crashing at the end of the log you shared. This may be something on Razer's end or you might have something installed that slows the connection between the programs too much (like a few anti-viruses do, not Windows Defender though). Both things are done sequentially, so if one would skip then so should the other. If Wallpaper Engine wouldn't be able to keep up, then the wallpaper itself would have the same issue. The FPS for the LEDs is already locked to 30 max anyway, you'll have to try lower FPS to see any difference.
